This engagement program is designed to increase awareness of local government careers among college students. Through MML, we plan to partner with colleges and universities, municipal representatives, and engage students on the role of local government, municipal services, and public-sector career opportunities.

The program seeks to build relationships between municipalities and higher education institutions while developing a pipeline of future local government professionals. In the past, we have visited the following colleges and universities:

  • Bowie State University
  • Morgan State University
  • Salisbury University
  • University of Maryland Eastern Shore
