MML is a membership association representing the interests of the 157 incorporated cities and towns of Maryland, plus two special taxing districts. Our members are the cities and towns as well as their elected officials and municipal staff including:

Mayors, Councilpersons, Commissioners, Alderpersons and Select board members; Municipal Managers/Administrators, Clerks, Department Directors, and a broad variety of municipal staff from across the state.

The League offers training programs as well as access to constituency groups, chapters and departments to our members to facilitate professional development and connection across municipal matters.
