A partnership between the Maryland Municipal League, the Maryland Association of Counties, the University of Maryland School of Public Policy, and the Local Government Insurance Trust, the Academy program requires completion of nine core subject matter classes and a revolving curriculum of topics relevant to municipal government officials.
