Opening Keynote Speaker - Tim Shriver

Chairman of the Special Olympics International and Co-Creator of The Dignity Index, Tim Shriver, will open the conference, Monday morning, with an insightful look at how to communicate within ever growing complex community dynamics.

Tuesday Keynote Speaker - Governor Wes Moore

Goveror Wes Moore returns to MMLCon, continuing his commitment to strong state-local partnerships and inspiring a united vision for Maryland’s future.

And a special treat - an In Conversation with MML President, Michael O'Connor, Mayor Frederick.
