The 24th annual impact awards ceremony will be held during the Council's Executive Board meeting on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. This prestigious event celebrates individuals and organizations that have gone above and beyond in their service to rural communities throughout Maryland. Their dedication has made a significant impact on the quality of life in our rural areas, and we want to recognize these outstanding efforts.
