The Center for Technology in Government, which is part of the University at Albany, State University of New York, is conducting a survey titled "Local Government Survey: Smart City/Community Development and the Role of Public Libraries." The survey aims to better understand the factors that affect the success of local governments' smart city/community development efforts and how local governments perceive the role that public libraries are playing/or should play.
