In an effort to build on the Young Municipal Leaders (YML) Summit held in 2019, MML continues to identify ways to help connect municipal officials ages 40 and under. During the October Fall Conference, YMLs gathered to talk challenges in their municipalities. The next conversation will be held December 4 during a First Friday Flash Focus.
