The 2020 Census will determine congressional representation, how hundreds of billions in federal funding is allocated for the next ten years, and provide data that will impact communities, emergency services and transportation decisions, among others. Join AARP Maryland on Friday, August 28, at 11 a.m. for the Maryland Statewide Census 2020 Forum. Members of the state and local Census Complete Count Committees (CCC), AARP, and other community leaders are invited to attend.
You will hear from federal, congressional and state elected leaders, and appointed officials as they discuss the efforts of community leaders who are members of Maryland’s 24 local CCCs and encourage a renewed focus on lower response areas in each county. Attendees are requested to submit questions prior to the event.
