Summer season at Ocean City hotels is always strong and this year should be no different. If you’ve not done so yet, MML encourages you to make your Summer Conference hotel reservations now!
The Hampton, Aloft and others are already sold out for most conference nights. MML arranged for discounted room rates at 17 Ocean City hotels, but our MML rates expire on May 22 and you may end up paying a higher "rack" rate without a significant discount.
Please do not book rooms for the same person at multiple hotels or reserve more rooms than you actually need - this prevents MML from holding enough rooms in future years! Many MML conference hotels report receiving cancellations in the two weeks preceding MML’s conference because attendees overbook rooms or make multiple reservations. Because of this, some attendees are not able to stay at their preferred hotel. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation to make the hotel reservation process fair to all.
