[ARCHIVED] Public Works Lunch-n-Learn

The Lunch-n-Learn features four agencies (one from Maryland and three from Virginia) in various stages and sophistication regarding their asset management programs, where lessons learned will be shared with participants. Participants will learn from best practices identified by Chapter members who also happen to be subject matter experts in public works asset management. The lunch-n-learn will be led and facilitated by Chapter leaders.

Additionally, a tour of LW’s Broad Run Water Reclamation Facility (adjacent to the training facility) is included with the advance registration, weather permitting. Tour participants are to provide hard sole shoes (no sports shoes or sneakers please!) and casual slacks. Tour is scheduled on back-half of lunch time.

The Lunch-n-Learn will take place on Thursday, April 2, 2020 at the Loudoun Water Administrative Offices Training Room, 44865 Loudoun Water Way in Ashburn, Virginia. The cost to register is $45.00 for APWA and MML Members and $65 for Non-Members. You must register by March 26 and space is limited.

If your public works leadership does not get the MML eBulletin, please let them know about this great opportunity.
