The Maryland Mayors Association (MMA) is the direct connection between the 159 cities, towns and special taxing districts in Maryland and the 1.5 million Marylanders our Mayors serve. The Mayors convene annually at their Winter Conference to better serve their constituents through education on emerging issues, advocacy efforts and to engage State leaders. With a new administration being sworn in one month prior, this is a highly sought after opportunity to connect directly with leaders such as Governor-elect Moore and Comptroller-elect Lierman, as well as other administration officials, who have been invited to participate.
The Annual Winter Conference is the organization’s sole sponsorship opportunity. This high-profile event is two days of intensive workshops and networking, and is closed to the public. Details include:
