[ARCHIVED] Project Restore Application Period Now Open


Project Restore marks an opportunity to build back from the pandemic and help local businesses get a foothold in your community. DHCD is making $25 million available to assist with rental and operational grants to assist with startup costs and to incentivize commercial investment in vacant spaces.

Applicants can apply for Project Restore assistance now. Applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible as applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis.
