The deadline to submit legislative action requests (LAR) forms to be considered as a potential MML priority is Friday, July 1. However, there is an additional month (through August 1) to acquire approval of your governing body.
Legislative action requests (LAR) are an opportunity for the membership to submit ideas to be considered as potential MML priorities for the 2023 General Assembly session. The form must be completed and submitted to Bill Jorch (billj@mdmunicipal.org) by COB on Friday, July 1. Please reach out with any questions on completing form. Each LAR must be approved by the governing body of the municipality or department submitting the request, but this can be done any time until August 1.
