Learn about the updated online WRE Guidance that provides links to online maps and informational resources intended to better facilitate local land use and water resource planning efforts.
Statewide Building Permit Data Reporting System
Planning has initiated a statewide building permit reporting system with the cooperation of our local partners. Learn what information is being collected and the reports being developed. Planning is interested in hearing how this information can be potentially used to address local planning and economic development efforts.
Updates on Planning and Other State Agency Initiatives
Planning and our state partners have been working on a variety of projects and we look forward to providing you the latest updates on the 2022 Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation Plan; the Maryland State Freight Plan; Census Data Availability; the Land Use/Land Cover Map and Generalized Zoning projects; the Compatible Use and Development with Military Installations initiative; and the Housing Element Online M&G. Staff will be available to answer questions.
