The League's Orientation for Municipal Officials (OMO) is designed to bring you up to speed on the fundamentals of municipal governing. There will also be a deeper dive into the forms of municipal government. Whether you’re a strong mayor, council-manager or something in between, we'll help you understand why your form of government plays a part in getting your job done as an official.
