[ARCHIVED] Flash Focus Friday - Strategic Planning Tips

The Young Municipal Leaders Advisory Committee is excited to provide an opportunity for elected and staff officials age 40 and under to share and connect across a timely issue. 2022's first Flash Focus Friday will be on February 4 at 1 pm and center Strategic Planning Tips featuring guest speaker: Marc DeOcampo, Chief Administrative Officer, City of Frederick .  Come prepared to share and learn.  Please RSVP to the event no later than January 31 to MML Engagement Director, Paula Chase Hyman  Only those who RSVP will receive the zoom link, the week of the event.

Flash Focus events are designed to be a brief gathering for sharing across a single topic, directly curated by Young Municipal Leaders. As municipal officials, you all have issues unique to your style or manner of governing. We understand that these issues impact across age. YML events provide a space where these things can be discussed with those who, for the most part, may share a generational outlook and/or similar challenges due to your age demographic (for example balancing career or family life with municipal duties, or navigating technology infrastructure challenges within municipal setting).
