The Maryland Department of Budget and Management, in conjunction with Hagerty Consulting, will be hosting a webinar to discuss the U.S. Treasury's State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) Final Rule on Wednesday, January 26 from 11 am - 12 pm EST. This webinar will focus on how the Final Rule greatly increases the flexibility of SLFRF and significantly decreases the administrative burden of SLFRF for NEUs.

Highlights of this webinar will include:
·    Changes to the revenue loss provision and the increased flexibility for the provision of government services by recipients;
·    Using SLFRF program funds for non-federal match for other federal programs; and
·    Updates on the State's NEU Technical Assistance program.

Please click here to register and feel free to forward this invitation to any colleagues who would like to participate. If you have any questions that you would like to be addressed during the webinar, please submit them through the registration link. The State will also post a recording of the webinar on its NEU website following the event.
