Prioritize Mental Health Wellness

  • Goal set, what must get done, what can wait, it is okay to say no
  • Develop a sleep routine, hold yourself accountable to getting enough sleep
  • Incorporate movement daily, take the stairs at work or go for a power walk on your lunch break
  • Eat regular meals and stay hydrated
  • Phone a friend, stay connected with friends or family that can provide emotional support
  • Decompress, examples are mindfulness exercises, journaling, adult coloring, or scheduling "me time" to do your favorite hobby
