Chesapeake City - Contract Services for Waste Water Treatment Facilities, Water Distribution and Waste Water Collection Systems

Sealed Bids for the operation and maintenance of two waste water treatment facilities, two waste water collection systems, and one water distribution system will be received by the Town of Chesapeake City at the Town Hall located at 108 Bohemia Ave, Chesapeake City, MD 21915, until May 13, 2019 at 1:00 pm.
Bid information can be obtained at www.chesapeakecity-md.gov or from Town Hall during normal business hours. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00am on April 24, 2019 at Town Hall. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids. The Town of Chesapeake City is an EOE.
Emmitsburg - Sawtimber Harvest – Watershed Stand #5

The Mayor and Commissioners of Emmitsburg, Maryland are requesting bids from qualified loggers to harvest approximately 167,871 board feet Intl. 1/4” Rule of hardwood sawtimber. The timber is located near Rainbow Lake on the north side of Hampton Valley Road, Emmitsburg, Maryland 21727.
Five copies of the sealed proposals are due by 4:00 pm on Monday, June 3, 2019. Proposals will not be accepted via email. Please boldly note on sealed bids “ATTN: ZACH GULDEN, STAND #5 TIMBER HARVEST BID, DO NOT OPEN.”

New Windsor – Renovations to High Street, New Town Hall and Public Works Building

The Town of New Windsor is requesting bid proposals from qualified, licensed, commercial contractors for construction of renovations to front façade, entrance ramp and interior of 209 High Street, New Windsor. All renovations shall be in accordance with architectural plans and specifications prepared by Dean Robert Camlin & Associates, Inc., Carroll County Permits and Inspections requirements and all applicable Town, County State & Federal requirements.
The Town will apply for a building permit with Carroll County Permits and Inspections. Comments from Permits and Inspections will be provided to the selected contractor upon receipt for Building and Fire Protection, Site, Electric, and Plumbing. Full details.
