Rock Hall - General Counsel Services

The Town of Rock Hall is soliciting a statement of qualifications from licensed law firms to provide general counsel services to the Town.

Scope and form of the proposals must be followed, and details may be obtained from the Town Hall. Incomplete proposals or those that do not address specific requirements or provide required information will be rejected.  Proposals received after the due date will not be considered. Submitters accept all risks of late delivery of the mailed submittals regardless of fault.
Original and four (4) copies of the proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope by the April 3, 2020, deadline.

Cambridge – Election Services

The City of Cambridge (the “City”) requests proposals to conduct the City’s municipal election on Saturday, October 17, 2020, with a runoff, if necessary, to be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.  Both elections will be held at a single location. The City expects 1,000 city residents to participate.  

Prospective vendors should prepare and submit a written proposal labeled “Proposal for Election Services” to City Hall at 410 Academy Street, Cambridge, Maryland 21613, Attention: Patrick Comiskey, City Manager, or e-mail a proposal to  The proposal should provide an overview of the services the vendor is providing, the projected pricing, and a presentation of the vendor’s experience in conducting elections.  

The City will accept proposals until a vendor is selected.  The City, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals as it deems in the best interests of the City and without liability.  All proposals, inclusive of any documents and materials attached thereto, shall become public records and may be subject to public inspection.  Any language purporting to render all or any part of a proposal or any documents or materials attached thereto confidential or proprietary is ineffective and shall be disregarded.
