New Windsor - Audit Services

The Town of New Windsor is seeking a firm to provide audit services. The selected will be responsible for providing all the labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to perform the activities defined in the scope of work. Services will be provided after the close of the fiscal year, June 30, 2018.

The RFB and the successful bid will serve as the basis for a one-year contract with an option to renew the contract for the 2019 and 2020 fiscal years.

Sealed bids will be accepted by the Town of New Windsor at the Town Office until 10:00 a.m. on March 5, 2018 at which time these bids will be opened and read. Bids received after the closing time will be returned to the bidders unopened. Full details.

Capitol Heights - Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services

The Town of Capitol Heights, MD. is requesting proposals from qualified firms with substantial professional experience in architectural and engineering consulting services.

Town projects may include but are not limited to the following:

• Evaluation of the Police Department Building at 401 Capitol Heights Boulevard for feasibility of doing a major renovation and addition vs. razing the building and constructing a new building. This will involve space planning, review of the extent of hazardous material in the existing 40+ year old building (for asbestos and lead) to plan for the removal upon renovation or razing, the cost benefits for doing a renovation and addition vs. razing of the building, and construction of a new building that meets LEED standards (to include renewable energy sources and storm water mitigation measures).

• Evaluation of a surplus elementary school building for renovation of the street façade and razing of the building interior for the purpose of consolidating Town Hall and Public Works services at a single location.

Mount Rainier – Banking Services

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for full service banking to the City of Mount Rainier and to achieve increased returns on deposits and lower service fees. The goal for the City is to award its full banking services requirements to one financial institution. Full services include online banking and reporting, wire and ACH transfers, positive pay, remote deposit, purchasing card, collateralizations of deposits, and stop payments. The City is seeking a financial institution with established city government experience that can provide a personal banking touch.
