University Park - Auditing Services

The Town of University Park, Maryland, requests sealed bid proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017 and the four (4) subsequent fiscal years (a one plus four-year year contract), as more fully described in the Bid Documents.

Three hard copies of the bid proposal must be submitted on the specified forms, in full compliance with the specific requirements specified in the Bid Documents, in sealed envelopes marked Auditing Services, and delivered to the Town of University Park, 6724 Baltimore Avenue, University Park, MD 20782 no later than June 9, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. EST.

Any questions about the RFP or the project services must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager no later than May 30, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. EST. Responses to questions will be posted on the Town’s website by June 2, 2017.

Copies of the Bid Documents may be downloaded from the Town’s website. Requests for printed copies should be directed to the Town of University Park, 6724 Baltimore Avenue, University Park, Maryland 20782, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (telephone 301-927-4262).

Brentwood – CDBG PY-42 40th Street Road Improvement Project

THE TOWN OF BRENTWOOD, MARYLAND, requests bids from qualified contractors for the CDBG PY-42 40th Street Road Improvement Project.

Contract documents may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 at the Town Hall’s front desk.

A compulsory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Brentwood Town Hall, 4300 39th Place, Brentwood, Maryland 20722 on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.

Sealed bids will be received at the Town Hall front desk until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7, 2017. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud the same day at approximately 7:15 p.m.

Village of Martin’s Additions - Leaf Vacuuming Services for Autumn 2017

The Village of Martin’s Additions (VMA) hereby solicits proposals from individuals or firms with experience in providing leaf vacuuming services. The successful bidder should be prepared to meet with the VMA Council and staff as needed. VMA expects that the successful bidder would begin in Fall 2017 when the leaf litter season commences. Village of Martin’s Additions - GIS Database Update and Maintenance

VMA currently uses ESRI bArcGIS software for its GIS database. The successful bidder should be prepared to meet with the VMA Council and staff as needed.
