Updates Regarding COVID-19
With COVID-19 resulting in the postponement or cancellation of many large meetings and conferences, many of you may be wondering about the status of the 2020 MML Summer Conference, scheduled June 28 - July 1 in Ocean City.
We are still hopeful of holding the conference, but the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, and vendors is the top priority. The League is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and guidelines from the CDC, WHO, and local authorities. Currently the conference is scheduled to proceed as planned, but we realize those plans could change in the coming weeks as health experts are better able to predict the likely duration of the virus.
The MML Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on April 25 and will be discussing the many conference options available. If an in-person meeting isn’t deemed prudent, full refunds will be made to all registrants.
