Non-Commercial/Government Discount Booth Option: 

A discount rate option is available to non-commercial and government organizations.This option does not permit choosing a booth number. A booth number will be assigned on May 1 from the booths remaining. Booth preferences are welcome.

Height Restrictions:

Display height may not exceed 8 feet nor interfere with other displays. Displays along exterior walls may extend to a height of 15’ provided the display does not block or hide the view of other booths. For larger or taller displays, please contact MML to discuss possible options.  

Networking Opportunities

Connect with local officials at the Welcome reception on Sunday evening and at the Closing Reception on Tuesday. Two tickets to the Welcome reception are included in the booth fee. Additional tickets may be purchased in advance of the conference.  


  • $150 - Additional Booth Staff Person (maximum of 3 additional staff per booth). Meals not included but may be purchased online prior to the conference ($35 per lunch).
  • $70($85) - Extra tickets to the Welcome and/or Closing Receptions, must be purchased prior to conference
  • Costs increase after May 17

Booth Reservations

  • Exhibit space is reserved online
  • Visit MML’s expo web page to reserve your spot
  • See the real time floor plan; sold/unsold booths, their occupants; an exhibitor list; and downloadable expo brochure
  • Checks and credit cards accepted.
  • All booth reservations must be completed online

What is included

  • All Booths are 10’ x 10’ (8’ pipe and drape along back wall and 3’ on both sides)
  • Each booth contains a skirted table (6’ x 30”), two chairs and one trash receptacle
  • One 500 watt outlet and internet access
  • Two registrations for representatives from your organization
  • Up to 3 additional name badges may be purchased per booth ($150 each plus meals)
  • Each booth registration includes a ticket to lunches/breaks on Monday and Tuesday along with a ticket to the Sunday evening Welcome Reception.
  • Access to all conference sessions, workshops, receptions, and hundreds of potential new clients

Staff Registration

  • Booth staff registration is completed online via the Exhibitor Service Center (ESC). Link and Login may be found on your booth confirmation email sent once your booth reservation is complete.
  • Each booth includes two registrations for representatives from your organization.
  • Each booth registration includes a ticket to lunches/breaks on Monday and Tuesday along with a ticket to the Sunday evening Welcome Reception.
  • Additional tickets including tickets for the Closing Reception Tuesday evening may be purchased in the ESC in advance.
  • Up to three additional booth staff may be added per booth. $150 per staff plus meals if needed.
  • Booth staff are welcome to attend conference sessions, workshops, and receptions.
  • Booth staff information can be entered and modified in the ESC any time prior to June 9.

Expo Hours

Monday, June 26, 9:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. (tentative)
Tuesday, June 27,10:00 a.m.– 2:30 p.m.(tentative)

Move-in/Booth set up:  

  • Sunday afternoon, June 25, booth set up between 12 noon and 4 p.m 
  • Sunday afternoon, June 25, vehicle/equipment move in between 12 noon and 2 p.m. 
  • Monday, June 26, 8:45 - 9:30 a.m. quick booth set ups may be done at this time. Must notify MML in advance if moving in on Monday morning.

Move-out/Tear down:

As a courtesy to attendees and fellow exhibitors, dismantling may not commence before 2:30 p.m. on June 27. Booth dismantling before 2:30 pm on June 27 will result in not being invited back next year.

Vehicles and Equipment Displays

  • All display vehicles and equipment will be located inside the Expo Halls
  • All large display vehicles and equipment will be located inside Expo Hall C
  • Vehicles and equipment dimensions must be provided during booth registration
  • Vehicles and equipment must easily fit within your booth space along with your booth staff and display
  • MML must be notified in advance to ensure your equipment will have access to your booth space on move-in day. Contact MML for more details.

Discounted room rates are available at several Ocean City hotels until May 20. Hotel Details 


All exhibit contracts must be received by May 19, 2023 to ensure listing in promotional materials. Unpaid booths will be released on May 1, 2023 to other potential exhibitors.

Payment of Fees

Exhibitors must pay the full amount due when reserving a booth. Payment may be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Checks will be accepted until June 9. Visit MML’s website to contract for exhibit space. Booths cannot be secured without full payment.

Consent to MML for Use of Photographic Images & Attendee Email 
Your registration/attendance constitutes agreement for MML to use and distribute your image and share email and other information with exhibitors and other attendees.
