Move-In Details 2021

Live-in / Set-up - Sunday, June 27, 2021 - between 12 noon & 4 pm

  • Each booth is assigned a move-in time slot to avoid delays at loading dock
  • The loading dock has moved from the north side to the east side (front) of the building
  • Halls will be “locked down” promptly at 4:30 pm - no exceptions
  • Halls will be open only to registered personnel for last minute booth preparations between 8:45 am and 10:00 am on Monday morning

In an effort to expedite the exhibit move-in process we ask that you plan to arrive at the Convention Center to unload your exhibit during your time slot. Times are listed below. Once you finish unloading your vehicle(s), it is important that you move your vehicle out of the loading area. Security personnel will enforce this policy.

All exhibits must be set up by 4:30 pm on Sunday, June 27. Booths requiring very little set-up time may move-in on Monday morning between 8:45 am and 10:00 am provided MML is notified prior to June 19.

Show Vehicles

All display vehicles and equipment will be located outside the convention center. Vehicles and equipment that will easily fit within your booth space(s) along with your booth staff and display may be located inside the exhibit hall.

If you plan to have a vehicle or equipment inside your booth, MML must be notified in advance to ensure your equipment will have access to your booth space. There is no additional charge for equipment located within your booth space. Vehicle and equipment move in time slots for Sunday, June 27 between 1 and 3 pm will be provided.

Contact MML for details, 410-295-9100.
