Non-Commercial/Government Discount Booth Option: 

A Discount rate option is available to non-commercial and government organizations.This option does not permit choosing a booth number. A booth number will be assigned on May 1 from the booths remaining. Booth preferences are welcome.

Height Restrictions:

Display height may not exceed 8 feet nor interfere with other displays. Booths 616 - 630 may exceed the 8 foot display height restriction provided the display does not hide or block the view to other booth displays.


All exhibit contracts must be received by May 1, 2019 to ensure listing in promotional materials.

Included in Booth Fee:

Each 10' x 10' booth includes one 30" x 30" x 6' draped table, two chairs, trash can, 500 watt outlet, and two booth staff registrations (includes lunches and breaks on Monday and Tuesday along with access to conference sessions and receptions). Dockside Exhibit Hall Booths are 8' x 10' or 10' x 10'.

Programs will be distributed to all conference registrants. Ad rates are as follows:

The booth contract (PDF) can be used to reserve your advertising space in the Conference Program. Ads requiring type set or copy rearrangement will be done at extra charge. Please email the advertisement copy in one of the following formats:.pdf,.jpeg,.gif, or.tiff. Advertising contracts and camera-ready ad copy must be received by April 1, 2019.

Show Display Vehicles: 

Vehicle space inside the exhibit hall is very limited. Space outside the convention center is available, contact MML for details. $300 per vehicle in addition to booth fee.

Payment of Fees

Exhibitors and advertisers must pay the full amount due when reserving a booth online or by submitting the hardcopy contract. Payment may be made by check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Visit MML’s website to contract for exhibit and/or advertising space online. Booths cannot be secured without full payment.
